Job Context:
The development of the transmit receive parts for high data rate applications (typically 10 - 40 Gb/s) was, so far, almost exclusively the field of GaAs technologies. If it is still true for the high power – high signal parts, the progresses made since the very the last years on Silicon technologies, make them usable for the new development in the fiber optics front-end domain.
Job Description:
VectraWave is strengthening its design resources in the silicon integrated circuit design field. We are looking for an RF/analog designer, to be part of the development team.
This person will have to be able to deal with the complete RF / analog function or sub function development (modulator, demodulator, amplifier, etc…), meaning the function or sub function design itself, its layout and associated checking.

Responsible for design, layout, and testing of advanced HF through mmW (VHF through V band+) integrated circuits and subsystems. Position requires Analog/RF integrated circuit and/or module, design & test experience and strong circuit design & analysis skills using common CAD tools.
