In 1980 PHILIPPE BLUTEAU was hired by LGT, a subsidiary of the Thomson group (now Thales), to develop design and production of satellite microwave receivers, earth stations, and microwave links.
After more than 10 years as R&D product manager with LGT, PHILIPPE joined the UK team of the US based Reynolds Industries group (now Teledyne) as their Continental Europe Sales and Marketing Manager. During his 11 years at Reynolds Industries, PHILIPPE was involved in airborne/naval radars, inertial platforms, head-up and helmet mounted displays.
PHILIPPE has extensive experience of RF and Microwave products, working with Acal France, a representative firm, where he spent 6 years managing all microwave
product lines dealing with companies such as Sirenza Microdevices/RFMD, Nordic
Semiconductors, Chipcon, Astrolab. Then with AR Amplifier Research France as
their Key Account Manager in charge of complex products such as high power amplifiers (SSPA and TWTA), antennas, and also specific microwave systems such
as anechoic chambers, nearfield measurement products and antenna radiation pattern scanners up to 500GHz.
PHILIPPE BLUTEAU graduated Electronics Engineer specialized in microwaves, from ENSEA in France.

JEAN LUC LEMBERT has over 30 years of Corporate Management, Business Development, Sales and Marketing experience in the Semiconductor industry.
He founded Telesis Technologies in 1998, a Business and Technology consulting firm.
JEAN LUC LEMBERT has worked with leading semiconductor companies such as Skyworks Solutions, as Director Sales & Marketing Worldwide, VP Sales & Marketing at M/A-COM – Signal Technology Corp.
He did consult as Business Development Manager for companies such as Microsemi (now Microchip Technology), Chipidia (now Synopsys), Plessey, and as CEO for DelfMEMS, developing RF MEMS devices.
JEAN LUC LEMBERT holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from France, was part of Tech Coast Angels, and was President of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in San Diego, California.

BENOIT HAENTJENS has more than 18 years of experience in the design and development of Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMIC), Electro-Optical Integrated Components (EOIC), System-in-Package (SiP), and Multichip Modules (MCM).
He has contributed to French and European electronic research and development projects for hyper frequency packaging, very high-speed telecommunication system and RADAR system in various environment such as Space, Defense, and Civil. He was the author and co-author of numerous technical papers published in conferences such as EUMW, IMS, IMAPS, ECOC, URSI and has supervised theses on broadband microwave development.
He has a strong knowledge in the field of microelectronic product and hold design and characterization expertise in various foundry processes such as Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide (GaN/SiC), Indium Phosphide (InP), and Silicon Germanium (SiGe). Thereby, he has a deep knowledge in design Software such as Keysight tools (ADS), Ansys tools (HFSS, Designer), CADENCE, AWR, CST….
BENOIT HAENTJENS holds a PhD in Electronics and a Professional License in Optoelectronics from the University of Rennes, France.
